Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.
Non‑returnable items
Because of their nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Books with reading wear
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalized items
- Used mugs, totes, or apparel
- Opened sticker packs or paper goods

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Please send a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we’ll replace it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship.
If your order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
