When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During launches or sales, processing may take a little longer, but we always work to get your items out as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make adjustments. Email us right away with your order number and requested change.
Where are your products manufactured?
Products are all designed, handcrafted and shipped by the author. Books are printed in the USA.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Free Shipping is available on all orders over $40.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a little early. Give it 24 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or your local post office, then contact us and we’ll help.

Are your books signed?
Signed and unsigned copies are available. This selection can be made on the product page.
Do you offer digital downloads?
Yes — some items include instant digital files. If so, you’ll receive an email with your download link immediately after purchase.
What if my book arrives damaged?
We’ll replace it. Send a photo of the damage and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Books with reading wear or used merch cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll fix it immediately. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Digital products are non‑refundable.
